Eaglehawk is a Bendigo Suburban station, and is still used by Swan Hill Trains and with some Bendigo Services terminating there. These days however, only the platform is used for railway purposes, as the station building is used by a training company. The yard was once fairly large, and two main lines ran through the station, one being the line towards Kerang and Swan Hill, while the other branched towards Inglewood and points north west. These days, there is only a single track passing through the station, with yards ripped up and there no longer being a connection to the goods shed.
