Ballarat. A heritage listed building dating from 1862. A and B signal boxes, signal gantries, bluestone buildings, crossing gates, all that could be wished for by the discerning enthusiast. Despite the best efforts of various public transport administrations, the character of this place has not quite been obliterated just yet. But it was once much more interesting.
